Why "Purple People"?
The colour purple is made by mixing red and blue.
In the field of Business Intelligence and analytics, 'blue people' are those with deep technical expertise, and 'red people' are those with deep commercial acumen.
Purple People are those who can blend these two effectively to develop fit for purpose, commercially viable solutions that add real value to organisations.
Our founder has built her career on becoming a Purple Person.
Who are we?
Our founder, Emma Forsyth, has over 25 years of experience in small, large, and complex organisations, predominantly in the FMCG and Retail industries, across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. With a strong HR generalist foundation, her technical capabilities spread across strategic talent management, executive coaching, culture and engagement analysis and action planning, mergers, acquisitions, change and transformation and organisational development. She is a strategic change agent who is highly agile, commercially connected, and able to effectively engage senior executive stakeholders. She can navigate complex and diverse businesses, and develop innovative human resource solutions that create a culture and people experience to attract and retain the best talent.
