Our founder, Emma Forsyth, has over 25 years of experience in small, large, and complex organisations, predominantly in the FMCG and Retail industries, across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. With a strong HR generalist foundation, her technical capabilities spread across strategic talent management, executive coaching, culture and engagement analysis and action planning, mergers, acquisitions, change and transformation and organisational development. She is a strategic change agent who is highly agile, commercially connected, and able to effectively engage senior executive stakeholders. She can navigate complex and diverse businesses, and develop innovative human resource solutions that create a culture and people experience to attract and retain the best talent.
